REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY NOTICE

These terms and conditions govern the refund and exchange policy of the E – commerce website – https://www.merchandise.hwg.asia owned by the Holistic Wealth Group Sdn. Bhd. (“the Platform”) for the refund and exchange request made by the User. (“Policy”). This Policy applies in addition to the Platform’s Terms of Use and in the event of inconsistency, this Policy shall prevail. The Policy is only applicable to Users who have made payment for such purpose through the Platform.

All the terms shall have the same meaning set form in the Platform’s Terms of Use unless otherwise defined in this Policy and by using the Platform as a User, you are indicating that you have read and that you understand and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Due to the nature of the products, the Platform do not provide refunds for the products which have been delivered through the Platform.

The Conditions for Requesting Exchange.

In the event the item received by the User is defective upon received. The User will be entitled to request for the exchange of the item.

For the purpose hereof, to request for exchange of defective products. the Users are required to meet each of the following conditions: –
(a) the Users must have a valid registered account on the Platform and payments have been made to the Platform;

(b) the defective product must be in its brand-new original state;
For the purpose hereof, no exchange is allowed by the Company to the Users in respect of any change of mind or product purchased by the Users with wrong information. Users shall ensure that all information provided is accurate before proceeding with payment.

(c) the application of the exchange request (with your order number and clear photos and/or details of the defect) must be made by the Users by contacting the Company at merchandise@hwg.asia in writing within Five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the defective item.

Acknowledgement by Users

Platform’s decision under this Policy is final and binding on the Users but do not in any or howsoever manner affect other contractual or statutory rights that the Users have in the Platform’s Terms of Use. In any event, the Platform shall not be held liable either to the Users in whatsoever and howsoever manner.

The Platform will notify the Users on the next steps once the application to exchange of the defective product is verified and approved by the Company. For the purpose hereof, the Users acknowledge and agree that in any event if the defective product is not available, the Company shall at its absolute discretion to replace the products with other products of equal value and/or store credits/ vouchers.

Modification or Termination
The Platform reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy, at any time in its sole discretion. If the Platform modifies this Policy, the Platform will post the modification on the Platform or provide Users with notice of the modification and the Platform will continue to process all exchange application made prior to the effective date of the modification according to the then applicable policy.

Time
Time is of the essence of this Policy whenever mentioned.

Applicable Law
Law of Malaysia shall be governing law in this Policy.
