HWG is pleased to introduce the Agency Building Coaching Program (ABCP), a programme designed to equip partners with practical recruitment and agency-building skills while rewarding successful recruitment efforts.
Program Fee: RM188.00 (Refundable, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.)
Who Should Attend
– Existing Sales Managers (SM); or
– Advisors with Trust Production exceeding RM300,000; or
– Advisors with Life Insurance AFYP exceeding RM100,000.
ABCP Participant Benefits
– Two (2) Lucky Draw Tickets for every one (1) qualified new advisor recruited; and
– Full refund of the RM188.00 course fee.
Terms & Conditions
- The recruiter must be a registered participant of the ABCP.
- To qualify for the Program fee refund and Lucky Draw incentive, all of the following requirements must be fulfilled on or before 31 December 2026:Recruit at least one (1) new advisor;
– The recruited advisor must be successfully contracted;
– The recruited advisor must have submitted a minimum of RM50,000 Trust Sales;
– The recruited advisor must have attended one (1) of the PPA Course (SEED, SEED Elite & JTE); and
– The recruiter must hold a valid and active HWG contract. - No limit to the number of Lucky Draw Tickets that can be earned.
- Recruitment achieved under the ABCP will not be eligible for the SM Nurturing Campaign Incentive, which includes cash rewards and fulfilment of promotion requirements.
- HWG Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and shall have the final decision in the event of any dispute.
